Land will be required for the duration of construction, plus approximately six months prior to and after construction for setup and decommissioning - a total of about 4 years.

Once construction of VNI West is complete, sites will be remediated to pre-existing condition as detailed in an individual Property Management Plan prepared by TCV in consultation with the site’s owner/s. Should owner/s wish to retain some of the infrastructure established during the site's use, this may be negotiated.

TCV and its contractors are responsible (legally liable) for their activities on land leased for workforce accommodation and laydown area use.

TCV will reimburse landownersreasonable legal costs associated with the formation of a lease agreement for a property.

The details of each site’s rehabilitation plan, including timing and rehabilitation works to be completed, will be agreed between TCV and each site’s owner/s. As a minimum, TCV will remove any improvements or structures to ground level. Should a site’s owner/s desire reinstatement of topsoil, this will also be completed by TCV.

Alternative rehabilitation arrangements – including landholder requests for site improvements or structures installed by TCV to be retained – can be negotiated on an individual basis.

TCV anticipates completing all site remediation activities within a period of between 6 to 12 months, depending on the extent and nature of rehabilitation activities agreed to with a site’s owner/s.
